Borough reserves keep up their unbeaten start to the season with the defeat of Farnham town.

Borough reserves kept up their unbeaten start to the season when they beat Farnham with a goal in each half.

A goal on forty minutes from Ramell Laka and another goal from Steve Jerrom six minutes into the second half as well as a clean sheet for keeper Kristian Mole gives Borough a good advantage to take into the second leg of the Suburban League Challenge Cup.

There were also debuts for new signings Gjergji Peja, Beau Wheeler and Rio Connor-Baker.

Manager Owen Jones reaction:
"The lads played really well. We played some really good football, kept our shape well. In particular, Jerome Wade and Nico James played very well. Not forgetting Stephen Jerrom who has scored in every game and is making good progress in reaching his true potential as a first team player. I am really happy with the way things are going".
