The club can confirm that they have made the first signing of the summer, having agreed a deal with Walton Casual's Jack Sammoutis.
The midfielder, who is 23, joins having had a successful season at the fellow Ryman South side where he grabbed 16 goals in 47 games from the centre of the park.
Sammoutis began his career with Millwall before having spells at Met Police and Margate, before a spell abroad in Cyprus with top flight team AC Omonia, where he featured in the Europa League. He joined Walton Casuals in the 2015-16 season where he scored 7 goals in 33 games, attracting the attention of League 2 Barnet where he attended two trials, before spending pre-season at Bromley. Sammoutis, who played five times for the Cyprus U19 international team, opted to remain at Casuals for the 16-17 season and enjoyed a great season, continuing to be a key part of the squad that finished 13th.
We are delighted to welcome Jack to the Borough squad for the 17-18 season.
