Subscriptions will be collected either by standing order each month or payment can be made direct to our treasurer or chief sponsorship executive on matchdays. So as the Club grows the winnings will grow in line with the new contributions.
The funds raised will be used as follows:
50% returned in prize money
25% towards the playing budget
25% to general Club Funds
So by directly becoming a subscriber you will be making a direct contribution towards the playing budget and the Club. We will commit to 'ring fencing' this money specifically for this purpose. As such the more subscribers we have the more money we can pay players.
As an example, for the first 100 subscribers this brings in £1000 extra per month used as follows:
£500 prize money
1st prize (60%)
2nd prize (30%)
3rd prize (10%)
£500 towards the playing budget and Club funds.
This makes a real difference.
We are also offering incentives to attract subscribers. For every 5 new subscribers you can introduce, we will pay £25 commission after four months payments have been received from each of them.
Standing Order forms are available from the Club shop or you can see our treasurer Maureen on the turnstile on Matchdays or Big John Wales our chief sponsorship executive.
All we need is a payment for £10 either by cheque or cash to cover the first month's subscription. Cheques should be made payable to Greenwich Borough FC (2013) with your name, address and phone number on the back, and we will do the rest. It's that simple.
Please get behind this scheme and it will have a direct effect on improving your clubs fortunes.
